Cole is pretty new to the world, but he has the best mom ever so he’s gonna be great. Heather, Cole’s mom, is my yoga teacher and I love her very, very much. She’s kind and extremely funny, she’s cool and generous, self deprecating and generous. She’s just my kind of girl. And she’s a really, really good yoga teacher, if I must say. Cole needs her more than our yoga studio does right now, but she’ll be back with us soon. This makes me very, very happy. Welcome to the world, Cole. You’re gonna be great.
Man, this was such a killer shoot, I loved it. Allison and Glen have raised their three beautiful, smart, sweet kids in their gorgeous home in Scituate. It’s a house you walk into and go, daaamn. It has charm and style, and it’s obviously a happy place that has kept a wonderful family safe, warm, and growing. 🙂
Times are a changin’, though, and it’s time for Allison and Glen, et al to move on out… to another beautiful home also in Scituate. Before they started packin’ up, Allison asked me to come over and photograph them in the home that will always be where these three kids grew up. It’s this time capsule element of photography that I love so much and I was honored to be asked.
Good luck in your new home, guys. No doubt it will be as beautiful and chock full of love and giggles as this one was.
Thank you so much.
We were lucky enough to photograph Jenn and Joe’s wedding back in 2010 at The Boston Harbor Hotel. They are from Mass, but were living in California then. They recently relocated back to their home state and are expecting a small person in July. I always like to photograph people in their homes, of course, but since they’re house hunting there is no house to photograph in. Lucky for everyone Ben Wight has made a gorgeous studio to house Hitched Studios. Sooo… there we were: Jenn, Joe, small person in belly, and mahself at Hitched Studios.
Enjoy. Thank you. GOOD LUCK! love.
woop woop, Sara is one of my oldest friends of all time. We met and became quick friends when we were the ripe ol’ age of 11. We’ve been through it all, of course, and it’s nothing but a joy to see her as a mom and a wife. I hung out with this beautiful family on Memorial Day and then she fed me like the world was gonna end. Sara is one of the best cooks of all time and we love sharing our gifts with each other. Seems like a friendship that will last a lifetime to me. 🙂
Enjoy. Thank you. Love.
