arrrghghghghg.... I love this family. These kids are to die for cute in their mocha skin and general smallness.
We had such a wonderful time playing in their huge backyard, on their new swing set, and having Dad toss the whole family around the yard. Love it!
Perfect weather, a family who loves each other, and lots of playing.

heaven.

Horses and doggys and blue skies, oh my!

This is what may be referred to as a photographer's dream: Peak foliage in New England on one of those October days where you swear you live in the prettiest place on earth...then you get to a farm with prize horses and super sweet dogs and a great couple, and then you know for sure.
You ARE in the prettiest place on earth.
The love that Julia and Stephen have for these animals gives me faith in the human race. It was so wonderful to watch, and I'm so excited to be able to give them these photos.

The Babiest Shack

Families newborns

Baby Cayden might be the sweetest thing that was ever six days new. And so lucky to have B and S as mom and dad! Brian and Steph are luminescent so it's no wonder Cayden is as precious as she is. She was alert and ready to rock for her first shoot. And puppy Timothy was proving to be a killer older brother.

A beautiful family on Martha's Vineyard

Families

Perfect weather and a fabulous family were both on my side last weekend on The Vineyard. Leslie and Rob met and were married on Martha's Vineyard so needless to say it's a place that holds a lot of very good memories. Now little Ian and Noah have the incredible opportunity to spend their summers on such a special island. They know every corner of this island and we raced around chasing the sun for hours. We had a wonderful day, I feel really lucky to have been able to photograph such a great (and dangerously good looking) family.

Erin, Emily, Matt, and Gus: Mill (MILF) Valley, California

Erin is one of my dearest and oldest friends so I was so excited when she asked me out to her beautiful home in Mill Valley (which we now refer to as MILF Valley for obvious reasons if you've ever been there) to photograph her family.

I spent the whole weekend with the McMahon family so there are a lot of photos in this post. I hope you enjoy a glimpse into Erin and Matt's loving and growing family.

Bubbles, a jumpy castle, Muir Beach, playgrounds, and ice cream runs!? Emily can't wait for more photo shoots...after the new baby's arrival.
